Sending documents via mobile

To switch the KYC procedure from your computer to your mobile or your tablet, scan the generated QR code (you may need to install a QR code scanning app on your mobile, which you can easily find on your favorite store).

You can also generate a URL and access to it from your mobile or tablet.

You can continue the process on your computer at any time by clicking on "continue on this device".

Once on your mobile, follow the instructions.

First, select your country of origin and the type of document used. You can use your identity card, your passport or your driver's license.

Depending on the type of document used, you will be asked to send one or two files :

Passport	Pages 2 & 3
Driver's licence	Front side
Residence Permit	Front side Back side

Upload the documents, or take pictures of them and then click "next".

Scans are often rejected, it is better to take pictures of your identity documents.

In the next step, you will be asked to take a selfie to verify your face. Use the camera of your phone and follow the instructions.

Once the selfie is taken, the procedure is complete.
