Sending documents on computer

Depending on the type of document used, you will be asked to send one or two files :

Passport	Pages 2 & 3
Driver's licence	Front side
Residence permit	Front side Back side

Upload the requested files and then click on "next".

Note that a first recognition of the document is carried out. If your document is automatically rejected, make sure you respect the recommendations (clear and sharp photo, document fully visible...).

Scans are often rejected, it is better to take pictures of your identity documents.

At the next step, you will have to take a selfie to check your face. Authorize your browser to access your camera if requested.

You have the option of using your computer's camera, or switching to your mobile or tablet :

• If you use the camera on your computer, click on "I'm ready" and follow the instructions. Once the selfie is done, the procedure is complete and the verification begins.

• If you want to use your mobile, click on "continue on a phone".
